Board members asked whether there were developers committed to construct the houses; JD and staff said no developers have been finalized and that lots will go out for bid once the plat is recorded. The board clarified that lots will be sold with site plans and specifications the town provided and that private buyers could build to the town designs but not freely substitute different designs without approval.
A motion to replat the property passed by voice vote. Staff will proceed with recording the plat and soliciting bids for development per the approved specifications.
