The Merrimac Planning Board on April 21, 2026, voted unanimously to continue two public hearings to the board’s next likely meeting on June 17, 2026.
Member Thomas Abisalih moved to continue the public hearing on Stormwater Management and Land Disturbance at 1 High Street Extension until the June 17, 2026 Planning Board meeting; Member Bronwyn Crocker seconded and the motion carried 3-0. The board took the same action on the site plan review for 9 West Main Street, continuing that matter to June 17 by identical motion and vote.
During the meeting the board approved a North of Boston Legal advertisement for $548.80 related to 1 Bear Hill; Abisalih moved, Crocker seconded, and the vote was 3-0. The minutes record no correspondence, communications or other business. The meeting adjourned at 7:16 PM; the minutes also note the May Planning Board meeting is not likely to meet quorum and the proposed next meeting is Tuesday, June 17, 2026.
