Councilmember Brockmeyer moved and Councilmember Kofoot seconded approval of the minutes for the March 11 regular meeting and the March 18 special meeting; the motion carried unanimously. The council then approved the bill list for March 2025 by the same mover/second; the bill list as published totaled $795,328.87. Line items on the published list included payroll of $80,866.35; BCBS health insurance at $47,796.40; landfill fees of $15,892.64; and a $500,000 entry described as a development grant to The Shores at Spirit Lake. The council also opened public hearings and then adopted two resolutions: Resolution No. 2025-15 (WTP Automation & Control Upgrades Phase 2) and Resolution No. 2025-16 (23rd Street Reconstruction). Both resolutions were adopted unanimously; the transcript records the votes as Aye: Johnson, Kofoot, Brockmeyer, Chappas and Mensing. Councilmember Chappas moved to adjourn; Councilmember Brockmeyer seconded and the meeting adjourned.
The meeting minutes and adopted resolutions are part of the official record.
