New Germany council approves agenda, software purchase, consent items and landscaping in unanimous votes

Councilmember Lorn Herrmann proposed landscaping around the flagpole; Paul Roepke moved and Kevin Grove seconded approval of the project, estimated to be under $1,500, and the motion carried 5-0. The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m. after a motion by Kevin Grove and second by Paul Roepke; the motion carried 5-0.
