Miltona Township adopts resolution vacating portions of Park Avenue and 1st Street

Miltona Township’s Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 2025-2 on March 10, 2025, vacating portions of Park Avenue and 1st Street and directing conveyance of the vacated portions to adjacent landowners. The resolution cites Minnesota Statute 164.07 as the statutory authority for the vacation.
