At its Feb. 25 meeting the Spirit Lake City Council unanimously approved multiple liquor‑license actions.
Councilmember Brockmeyer moved to approve a Class C retail alcohol license with outdoor service for The Okoboji Barn Bar & Grill and a Class C retail alcohol license for Shoreline Threads, and to authorize ownership changes for Sportmans, Hy‑Vee and Hy‑Vee Wine and Spirits. Councilmember Kofoot seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
The minutes record the council’s action but do not list license conditions, effective dates or the names of new owners. Questions about licensing conditions or effective dates should be directed to the city clerk’s office, which maintains the formal license documents.
