The Treasurer’s Report, also approved by unanimous vote, listed revenues in December that included $160,903.33 to the General Fund and $232,475.82 to the Water fund; expenditures across funds were presented in the report and accepted by the council.
Council also approved fourth-quarter manual journal entries and interfund transfers, including a transfer of $210,000 from LOST to the General Fund and $34,194.99 from Water to the Water Revenue Sinking Fund, during a separate motion that was carried unanimously.
The approvals were procedural votes recorded in the meeting minutes; no councilmember opposed or abstained. The minutes do not list a date for check run or payment timing beyond the month of January 2025.
