Dickinson supervisors table Kuhn subdivision plan; zoning officer reports campground compliance progress

The Dickinson Township Board of Supervisors tabled the preliminary/final subdivision plan for Ronald Kuhn II at its Oct. 16 meeting after Assistant Zoning/Codes Enforcement Officer Brandon Brookens said the applicant was still considering plan changes or a possible withdrawal.
Brookens told the board the Kuhn plan proposes combining lots but that ongoing discussions with the applicant mean the plan is not ready for approval. Chairwoman Lorelei Coplen moved to table the plan; Supervisor Rob Kole seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Brookens also updated the board on a separate campground compliance matter, saying the township and campground operators are "moving forward in the right direction" and working to resolve initial issues such as noise to find common ground with neighbors.
The board additionally accepted the resignation of Park and Recreation Board member Alex Surcica. The resignations and the plan tabling were recorded as unanimous votes.
