The consent package approved the renewal of a consumption and display permit for St Croy Yacht Club and a renewal for LRS Enterprises doing business as Sodis Cigar and Pipe; it also approved the hire of Annie Baris as the 2025 summer park program coordinator and a 2025 vegetation management plan for prairie restoration areas at Swagger and Valley View parks. The council approved a resolution allowing the Oakdale Area Chamber of Commerce to conduct a one-day raffle at the St Croy Event Center on April 10, 2025, authorized transition of city investments to Eller Investments, and accepted donations to the police department from Cornerstone Chevrolet and Walmart.
A council member moved to approve the consent agenda as presented; Council Member Runks seconded the motion. The mayor and council voted in favor.
The consent agenda also included approval of the Jan. 14, 2025 council minutes and a list of investments and checks submitted for payment.
The council took the action by voice vote and declared the motion approved. No separate debate of consent items was recorded; individual items will appear in the administrative record and are subject to future council follow-up as needed.
