The Rose Creek City Council reviewed an emailed fence permit request from Danielle Felten on April 6 and determined the application lacks the required property-line survey and an adequately detailed map.
Council members said a licensed survey is necessary to confirm property boundaries before staff can approve a vinyl backyard fence permit. The council directed City Clerk/Treasurer Nicole Carroll to contact Felten and inform her that a survey and a revised map are required prior to approval.
No motion to approve the permit was recorded in the minutes; the file remains pending until the resident provides the requested documentation.
