Council hears public-works report on crack repairs, manholes and equipment needs

Councilmembers also discussed the condition of the Lindstrom Park sign posts and the desirability of mulching trees similar to boulevard work; Paul Roepke and Lorn Herrmann suggested alternative bobcat bucket options after a near failure of the current bucket.
