New Germany council adopts Ordinance No. 125, temporarily making council the Planning Commission

The council approved Ordinance No. 125, with Councilmember Paul Roepke moving the motion and Councilmember Thomas Mielke seconding. The motion passed 5-0. The council subsequently approved Resolution 2024-14 appointing the planning commission officers and members (motion by Kevin Grove, second by Paul Roepke), also by a 5-0 vote. Mayor Jaeger closed the public hearing at 8:55 p.m.
