Toledo council approves supplemental services and bonds for wastewater disinfection project

The following segment of the meeting recorded passage of Resolution 2025‑01, introduced by Councilmember Boll and seconded by Councilmember Vesely, which authorized the contract, performance, payment and maintenance bonds and insurance necessary for the project.
