Andy Montroll moved, seconded by Jacki Murphy, to approve the comment letter as drafted. The motion carried unanimously.
The committee then moved into an executive session at 6:52 p.m. to discuss personnel matters, including the Executive Director evaluation; the motion to enter executive session passed unanimously. The group exited executive session at 7:09 p.m. and adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
