The Sheboygan City Licensing and Public Safety Committee unanimously approved Resolution 42, 26, 27 to grant alcohol beverage and tobacco licenses after staff review and recommendation.
Staff member Steph told the committee that applications had been reviewed and that staff had "no concerns" and recommended approval. Alder Kelly asked about a recent non-renewal for a business doing business as Boheme; staff and Attorney Maiers clarified the current application is from a different LLC and that the prior entity had been Hans C Graf, LLC doing business as Boheme.
Attorney Maiers explained that the new applicant submitted the required documents and will proceed through the regular checklist that any new applicant completes. "They are still going through their regular checklist that any new applicant would go through," Steph said.
A motion to approve the licenses was made by Alder Ravine and seconded by Alder Kelly; the committee voted aye unanimously, with the chair casting an aye vote.
The transcript does not provide further details about the licensees beyond the Boheme LLC discussion, nor does it specify conditions or pending requirements beyond the routine checklist noted by staff.
