Chief Joe Hahn, Walcott fire chief, told the City Council Oct. 6 that the department’s new fire truck is operational and ready for use.
"The new fire truck is operational and ready for use," Chief Joe Hahn reported. He also said the department’s new Lucas device "was successfully used in a medical call, resulting in a positive outcome." Mayor John Kostichek publicly thanked Hahn for the device’s role in that call.
