At its March 10 meeting the Miltona Township Board accepted the treasurer's report showing total funds of $483,094.82 (Checking $33,943.89; Money Market $1,002.30; Intrafi $448,148.63) and approved payment of bills totaling $17,263.81 (motion by Matt Kugler, seconded by Brent Boesl; vote 3‑0).
The minutes note a DNR grant deposit was direct‑deposited in January and that a gas‑tax deposit of $32,492.81 was received last month. The proposed 2026 budget and levy were presented for review and scheduled for presentation to the electors at the annual meeting the following night.
Clerk Thomas A. Blank also reminded board members of upcoming training opportunities (DCAT and Weed Meeting on March 19; Short Course in Alexandria on March 28) and the road tour scheduled for April 7 at 4 p.m. The next regular board meeting was set for April 14, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
