Canvass: Brent Boesl wins Miltona Township Supervisor 'A' seat 324–292

The Miltona Township board of canvassers certified the township election results on Nov. 12 and declared Brent Boesl the winner of the Supervisor "A" contest.
Thomas Blank called the canvass meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. with supervisors Andy Anderson, Matt Kugler and Jerome Haggenmiller present. Officials reported 752 people were registered to vote prior to poll opening and 37 new registrations were recorded on election day. A total of 707 votes were cast: 533 voters signed in at the polls and 174 ballots were cast absentee.
The canvass certified the Supervisor "A" results as Brent Boesl 324, Kaylee Wilke 292. The board recorded the certification and adjourned the canvass at 6:48 p.m. on a motion that carried 3–0.
The canvass minutes note no other contests were contested at the township level and the certification will be filed per statutory procedures.
