Miltona supervisors adopt resolution vacating portion of Smokey Timbers Road NW

Miltona Township supervisors adopted Resolution No. 2024-9 on Aug. 5, 2024, vacating a portion of Smokey Timbers Road NW and conveying the vacated tract to adjacent landowners Chad R. Tjepkes and Jennifer K. Tjepkes.

The action followed a public hearing held that evening at the Miltona Community Center, where the board received no objections to the proposed vacation.
