CCRPC committee adopted routine minutes, personnel, finance and appointment actions
Summary
At its July 5 meeting the CCRPC Joint Executive and Finance Committee approved June minutes with edits and carried several routine motions: recommending the updated FY24 budget to the board, approving personnel policy salary-range edits, updating bank account signers and resolutions, confirming committee appointments, and adjourning.
The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission Joint Executive and Finance Committee on July 5 carried a series of routine administrative and governance motions.
The committee approved the June 15, 2023 Joint Finance and Executive Committee meeting minutes with specified packet edits. Jacki Murphy moved and Catherine McMains seconded the motion; it carried unanimously.
Major administrative actions included approval of personnel policy edits to salary ranges (Jacki Murphy moved; Michael Bissonette seconded), and an update to Opportunities Credit Union account signers to remove Past Chair Catherine McMains and add Secretary/Treasurer Jacki Murphy; resolutions formalizing the signer changes were adopted (Catherine McMains moved; Jacki Murphy seconded). The committee also reviewed FY24 committee appointments, confirmed Adam Wechsler remains on the Transportation Advisory Committee, and agreed to add Anne Nelson Stoner to the Equity Advisory Committee. There was no other business and no executive session was needed. Michael Bissonette moved to adjourn at 6:37 PM and Jacki Murphy seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
