At its March 23 meeting the Human Relations Commission recorded personnel and procedural updates including student representative appointments and a forwarded alternate-member candidate for Board of Supervisors consideration.
Township Manager Eric Traub reported that recruitment produced three student candidates: Anthony Sidome, who has already been formally appointed; and Hannah Chang and Sanjana Tunious, both expected to be formally appointed at the April Board of Supervisors meeting. Hannah Chang, a junior at Wissahickon High School, briefly introduced herself and expressed enthusiasm for participating on the commission.
Vice Chair Larry Maltin introduced Danny Kim as a candidate for the alternate member position and noted that Kim’s letter of interest and résumé had been submitted to Township Manager Traub and would be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors during the April board cycle for formal consideration.
The commission conducted routine business motions: Chris Young moved to approve the minutes of January 26, 2026; Kathryn Cacciamani seconded and the motion was recorded as carried. With no public comment, Kathryn Cacciamani moved to adjourn at 5:30 p.m.; Chris Young seconded and the motion carried.
