The City of Loretto City Council unanimously approved a multi-item consent agenda and adopted annual appointments at its Jan. 13, 2026 regular meeting.
On a motion by Council Member Brenda Daniels, seconded by Council Member Jeff Leuer, the council approved the consent agenda, which included Resolution 2026-02 (Volunteer Appreciation), Resolution 2026-03 (Hennepin County Activities Grant Agreement PR00008015 for a John Deere Gator 4x4), Resolution 2026-04 (Holiday Train Lions Club Donation), Resolution 2026-05 (Hennepin County Recycling Agreement), the outstanding indebtedness and pay equity reports, a 2025 safety training agreement with SafeAssure, a 2026 employee benefits summary (amending the HSA payment schedule), the Dec. 9, 2025 council minutes, year-end bills (paper checks 26593–26621 totaling $44,870.09) and January bills (electronic checks 5394E–5438E and paper checks 26622–26649 totaling $344,721.77). The motion carried unanimously.
