Toledo council approves sale and deed form for parcels to South Tama schools

Following the brief hearing (no public comments), Councilmember Boll moved to approve resolution #2026-09 directing the sale of the identified parcels; Pansegrau seconded and the roll call vote recorded ayes from all present (Cook absent). Pansegrau then moved to approve resolution #2026-10 approving the form of deed; Vesely seconded and the vote passed by voice roll call.
Minutes show the council approved the direction to sell and the deed form; the resolutions instruct staff to complete the legal transfer consistent with the approved deed language.
