The Kenosha City Plan Commission voted on April 9 to grant a six-month extension to a certified survey map for property on 15th Scribe between 47th and 52nd Avenues (Johnson, District 10) to allow the developer and staff more time to finalize a developer's agreement.
Steven Rosenbyshev, project manager with Better Development, said the team was working through the developer’s agreement and requested a six-month extension to avoid restarting the process if the survey-map deadline (May 17) is reached before the agreement is finalized. Staff recommended the extension for that reason. The commission moved, seconded and approved the six-month extension by voice vote.
Staff confirmed the applicant had been in contact with the alderman for the district. The extension preserves the current approvals while the developer completes outstanding administrative items.
