Staff recalled conditions set at a March 5 meeting that removed planned private sidewalks along a side street while retaining sidewalks on the two public frontages (49th Street and Highway 31). The commission moved, seconded and voted to approve the amendment subject to the noted conditions.
Staff and the applicant indicated the applicant will comply with the conditions and return as required. The approval advances the project toward final permitting and construction, subject to compliance with the listed conditions.
