The board approved the July 15, 2024 meeting minutes after a motion by Kent Heffner that was seconded by Leah Geesey. All procedural motions during the reorganization were carried by voice vote, as recorded in the minutes.
Treasurer Leah R. Geesey reported balances as of Dec. 31, 2024: total funds of $9,432.48, including $1,641.79 at Peoples Bank and $7,790.69 at York Traditions Bank. The board did not adopt any budget changes at the meeting.
Board members Travis Hake and Kevin Keesey indicated interest in joining the board; the topic was noted for future consideration. The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m., and the minutes were signed by Secretary‑Treasurer Leah R. Geesey.
