The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners approved several consent and companion agenda items by unanimous votes during the meeting.
Items 4 and 5 (companion applications SCA‑2026‑00001 and DOA‑2025‑01559) were approved without presentation or public comment after disclosures were taken; motions carried 7–0. Items 6–8, also companion applications (including LGA‑2025‑00006, ABN‑2024‑01876 and ZV/PDD/DOA‑2024‑018697), were similarly approved after commissioners disclosed communications and email filings; those motions carried 7–0 as well. The board also adopted a consent‑agenda amendment to the declaration of restrictive covenants template for workforce housing (added as Item 1.5).
Commissioner Gregg Weiss, Commissioner Joel Flores, Commissioner Maria Sachs and others participated in disclosures and moved the items as appropriate. No substantive presentations or extended debate were requested by the board on these items.
