Under new business, the board approved changes to the Clearwater Township Mutual Aid Agreement (motion by Supervisor Ryan Nelson, second by Supervisor Andy Christensen, carried 3-0) and discussed topics for the annual meeting, including the budget. The board also authorized placing calls for quotes in the newspaper for 2025 Dust Control (motion by Supervisor Andy Christensen, second by Supervisor Ryan Nelson, carried 3-0), 2025 Crack Filing (motion by Supervisor Ryan Nelson, second by Supervisor Andy Christensen, carried 3-0) and 2025 Gravel Hauling (motion by Chairman Mike Helman, second by Supervisor Andy Christensen, carried 3-0).
The board scheduled the Board of Audit for Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. and approved up to $200 for resident-notice postcards (motion by Chairman Mike Helman, second by Supervisor Andy Christensen, carried 3-0). The meeting was adjourned following a motion by Supervisor Andy Christensen and a second by Supervisor Ryan Nelson.
