Board approves ordinance vacating former portion of Stump Road tied to Olympus Care development

Township staff confirmed the vacation was part of an approved land-development process.
Chairwoman Tanya Bamford moved to adopt Ordinance 26-360 vacating the former portion of Stump Road; a board member seconded the motion and the ordinance was approved by voice vote.
What happens next: Recordation of the ordinance and the applicant’s easement/maintenance agreements will be processed in the township’s land-records office per the standard development closeout process.
