No public comments were recorded for this item and the commission voted to move the rezone forward unanimously.
• Zoning — 104 General Oglethorpe Road rezone (ZM-26-8): After extended public testimony and debate, the commission recommended approval of the PD rezone by a 4–3 vote; the item now goes to the Board of Commissioners on July 2. The related site plan (SP-26-15) was deferred until the Board of Commissioners rules on the rezoning.
