Cedartown hears redevelopment plan for $55 million 'Corners of Cedartown'; TAD vote set for Dec. 8

Presenters tied the proposal to the 2023 amendment to the Polk County and Cities Comprehensive Plan, saying the project fulfills the amended future land‑use vision for that corridor.
