ACF committee approves amended minutes and Richmondtown report draft

Members suggested minor edits (for example, making "Selectboard" one word) and discussed adding a photograph. The committee moved, seconded and unanimously approved sending the draft to the town with the agreed edits and an appended photo.
The chair asked Ian and collaborators to coordinate on which photo to append and on a deadline (provisionally Jan. 6) for materials. The motion passed by unanimous voice vote.
