Jackson staff say city will not pursue municipally owned cannabis retail at this time

Heitkamp framed the Anoka information as background material rather than a recommendation.
Mayor Marcus Polz invited questions; none were offered and the Council moved on without taking action. No motion was made to change policy or direct staff to pursue a municipal license.
