The Town of Guilderland Zoning Board of Appeals approved several routine items on Jan. 7 and took two administrative actions.
The board approved an area variance for an accessory shed at 26 East Parkwood (applicants John and Elizabeth Gaudet). The hearing drew no public comment; the board found the proposal met setback requirements for an accessory structure and approved the variance 5–0.
The board also approved installation of a permanent building‑mounted single‑sided sign for AXL Grill at 1811 Western Avenue; the motion passed 5–0. Additionally, Chairwoman Elizabeth Lott moved, and the board approved, cancellation of the Jan. 21, 2026 meeting. The board adjourned at 8:18 p.m.
