Council tables payroll audit, hears police operational requests and several administrative amendments

Lt. Hood described police‑operation needs: a proposed Swift Car Wash arrangement to service a minimum of eight police vehicles to keep fleet vehicles maintained, and two work cell phones requested for the Investigations and Patrol supervisors. City Attorney Jody Campbell explained a proposed amendment to the employee handbook and a Financial Policy Amendment and discussed a proposed Finance Committee ordinance, which Councilmembers Terilli and Patterson voiced support for during the discussion.
