River Ridge CDD administers oaths to newly elected supervisors and elects officers

At its Nov. 19 meeting the River Ridge Community Development District swore in three newly elected supervisors and adopted Resolution 2025‑02 to elect the board’s officers, including Bob Schultz as chair and Terry Mountford as vice chair.
The River Ridge Community Development District convened Nov. 19 and administered the oath of office to newly elected Supervisors Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5). Mrs. Adams, acting as a notary, conducted the ceremony.
Following the oath, the board considered Resolution 2025‑02 to elect and remove district officers. On a motion by Supervisor Terry Mountford, seconded by Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal, the board elected Bob Schultz as chair, Terry Mountford as vice chair, and Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries; the resolution was adopted unanimously.
The minutes note continuing administrative requirements: supervisors were reminded of required ethics training (four hours) and Form 1/Form 8B filing deadlines; the training requirement will be added to the Key Activity Dates list. The board also confirmed existing staff appointments, including Chesley “Chuck” Adams as Secretary and Craig Wrathell as assistant secretary and treasurer.
