The EAC approved the final logo that Pete Goodman circulated; Goodman said the artist will send final files and he will upload them to the committee’s Google Drive. Jill Green reported she will send six months of event photos to Heleniak for calendar finalization and will post approved road‑cleanup flyers and social media notices.
Armstrong said Heather from Stroud reformatted her microplastics presentation to be suitable for publication on social media. Members were polled about creating an EAC YouTube channel; three members favored it and four were neutral. Armstrong said she will circulate the presentation link and the group will revisit the idea at the April meeting.
Committee members also noted the township website now links to the EAC page and agreed to develop a media contacts list for event promotion. The group discussed newsletter deadlines and decided on assignments for drought and kestrel box updates.
Why it matters: The decisions centralize EAC communications, clarify editorial responsibilities, and prepare materials for upcoming outreach events.
