The Dupont Town Board reviewed the Clerk/Treasurer’s financial report as of Feb. 28, 2025, showing a town checking balance of $219,582.26 with detailed fund breakdowns and a sewage checking balance of $128,600.41 across operating, debt service and improvement funds.
Robyn J. Meek, Clerk/Treasurer, presented the account balances and fund details including General Fund, MVH, LRS and CEDIT (LIT) totals. Delinquent sewer accounts were presented and discussed; the board did not take additional action beyond receiving the report.
The board reviewed and adopted a proposed Capital Asset Policy that had been carried over from the February meeting. Member Adams moved to adopt the policy and Member Ford seconded; the motion carried and a resolution was signed.
All bills and vouchers were reviewed and signed by board members. The next regular meeting was scheduled for May 13, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting adjourned by motion of Dicken and Adams.
