The board reviewed, approved and signed an agreement with FPBH to provide consulting on CCMG grant applications and to perform road assessments; staff are completing contracts with the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) as required by the program.
No construction contracts or schedules were finalized at the meeting; the board directed staff and consultants to complete required paperwork and bring quotes and INDOT contracts forward for execution.
