Town of Dayton Utility Board unanimously approves March adjustment report; schedules crack-seal and hydrant work

The Town of Dayton Utility Board on April 15 unanimously approved the Adjustment Report covering March 1 through March 31, 2025.
Utility Board President Leah Copas moved "to approve the Adjustment Report dated March 1, 2025, through March 31, 2025," and Town Board President Marc Buhrmester seconded. A roll-call vote recorded Steve Schuhle, Leah Copas, Rocky Richards, Marc Buhrmester and Carla Snodgrass voting yes; the motion carried.
The approval was routine business for the board and did not prompt extended discussion. No old business or public comment was recorded at the meeting.
During council comments, Marc Buhrmester said crack sealing on Washington Street and Cagles Mill Drive is planned for the week of April 28, 2025, weather permitting; the town will post "No parking" signs and has posted the schedule on the town website. Buhrmester also said ME Simpson will be in May to flush hydrants, exercise water valves, and GPS hydrants, water valves and meter pits.
The meeting was called and presided over by Utility Board President Leah Copas and was adjourned by Copas after the listed items. The minutes note that Attorney Patrick Jones had no items for this meeting and that Clerk-Treasurer Bridget Cadwallader attested to the minutes.
