Madelia Council approves $148,104 final payment for Water System SCADA and signs off on well pay requests

Separately, the Council approved Pay Request No. 2 for Well #6 from Elite Electrical Innovations, LLC for $18,544.84 (moved by Matt Gunderson, seconded by Andy Gappa) and Pay Request No. 4 to Traut Companies for sealing Well #4 and constructing Well #6 in the amount of $40,042.50 (moved by Andy Gappa, seconded by Matt Gunderson). Both motions carried unanimously.
Council members noted the retainage policy for the SCADA project and tied final payment release to an approved punch list; no additional schedule or contractor performance details were provided in the minutes.
