Chairman Doug Schaffer called the Millerville Township regular meeting to order at 3:07 p.m. on Oct. 9, 2025 at the Millerville firehall and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Committee member Ken Kuhn moved to approve the minutes of the Sept. 11, 2025 meeting; Committee member Mike Bramwell seconded the motion and the board carried the motion. The minutes note that no actions were taken on discussions held during the meeting.
Clerk Marilyn Bitzan and Chairman Doug Schaffer are shown on the minutes signature lines. A printed note on the minutes states, "These minutes are not official until approved by the Township Board." The meeting adjourned at 4:05 p.m. on a motion by Committee member Mike Bramwell, seconded by Ken Kuhn; the motion carried.
