The Oak Park Heights City Council approved its consent agenda, including Ordinance Amendment 2025-203-01 repealing chapter 203 of the city code, by unanimous roll call.
Council members recorded affirmative roll-call votes: Council member Johnson, Council member Ligin, Council member Ro and Council member Dohy voted yes on the motion to adopt the consent items, the presiding officer said.
The consent items presented for approval included checks numbered in the 71,663–71,77 range, the council work-session notes from April 8, the city council minutes from April 8 and a set of special meeting minutes from April 15, the presiding officer read into the record.
The council did not hold public hearings or take up old or new business during the open meeting. Instead, members voted to enter a closed session to discuss offers on a small parcel of city-owned property; any formal action on that parcel will be reserved for a future open meeting, the council stated.
The meeting proceeded into closed session following the vote; no additional action on the ordinance or other consent items was taken in closed session.
