The Dupont Town Board met Nov. 12, 2024. Clerk/Treasurer Robyn J. Meek called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and presented the treasurer's report listing town and sewage account balances.
Meek reported a Town Checking Account balance of $209,382.34 and itemized funds including a General Fund balance of $12,985.27, MVH $25,084.72, MVH Restricted $41,424.24, LRS $39,494.06, CEDIT (LIT) $76,300.31, Public Safety (LIT) $8,767.80, CCIF $9,853.97, CCMG $1.00, Opioid Abatement $1,045.78, and Dupont Community Playground donations totaling $3,565.10. The Dupont Sewage Checking Account was recorded at $127,228.94 with a Cash Operating Fund of $42,292.54, Debt Service Fund $44,571.23 and Improvement Fund $40,565.17.
The board approved minutes from Oct. 8 and Oct. 22, 2024 on a motion by Member Ford and a second from Member Lonnie Dicken; the motion carried. Members reviewed and signed all bills and vouchers. The board scheduled its next regular meeting for Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
