Mayor Todd Barton presided over the meeting at City Hall. Councilman Stan Hamilton moved to place the ordinance on third and final reading and to adopt it; Councilman Kent Priebe seconded. The council recorded a unanimous vote in favor of adoption. The ordinance completed the council’s review after earlier readings and a single public comment during the second-reading stage.
