Councilwoman Bobbie Greenlee moved to order the equipment; Councilman Andrew Felten seconded and Mayor Craig Weis approved the motion. The council did not record any conditions or alternate bids at the meeting.
The purchase was introduced during the councils regular meeting after the city received the vendor presentation; the council set no separate timeline at the meeting for installation or opening. Residents interested in the specifications or the vendor quote were told the audit and related city documents are available for review at city offices.
