Amendment No. 1 updates dates, includes actual budget and construction cost information, and authorizes a one-year extension to the original contract because the district encountered difficulties procuring the specialized equipment needed to complete the work.
Director Bob Rowe moved to authorize the General Manager to sign the amendment; Director Al Ziegler seconded. The motion passed by roll-call vote with Rowe, Russo, Walsh and Ziegler voting yes.
