Clerk Marty Host moved and Treg Schultz seconded a motion the board carried to approve vendor claims across district funds totaling $1,760,870.11, including General Fund $708,360.27; Food Service $42,295.52; Transportation $166,769.97; Building Construction $380,690.18; and Debt Redemption $325,448.48. The minutes list the full line-item breakdown and record the motion as carried; no roll-call vote totals are recorded in the minutes.
The board carried an omnibus motion to renew memberships and policy services with the Minnesota School Board Association (MSBA), Sourcewell, Resource Training & Solutions, and Lakes Country Cooperative. Trustees also approved contracts and agreements including:
- A consulting contract with Skogen Education Services for E‑Rate services (2024–2025 school year). - A Central Lakes College concurrent enrollment and PSEO agreement contingent on administration approval. - Contracts with Iterquest and Elite Environmental for the 2025 school year. - Replenishing petty cash in the amount of $82.73.
Trustee Gram Bentz moved and Marty Host seconded a motion the board carried to adopt admission rates for 2024–25 home athletic events (Adult single event $5.00; Adult season ticket $50.00; Age 65 and over no charge).
The board also carried a motion to approve the 2024 Pay Equity Report. Other formal approvals recorded as motions carried included acceptance of a science instructor resignation, the hiring of a replacement science instructor and renewal of the superintendent’s 2025–2028 contract and memorandum of understanding.
