The council approved renewal of ICAP insurance effective April 1, 2026, and carried the consent agenda, which included vendor claims and payroll. The documented vendor subtotal was $15,871.85, payroll was $21,917.53, and the total approved for the period was $37,789.38.
No council member declared a conflict of interest on any item, and all votes reported in meeting minutes were recorded as 3-0 in favor unless otherwise noted.
