West Windsor Council adopts consent package including ambulance purchase and multiple grants

Resolution 2026‑R133 (Edinburgh Road Bikeway Connector) was pulled for discussion and was not adopted as part of the package.
The clerk called the roll on the grouped motion and recorded affirmative votes from Charles, Gievers (Dalton Givers), Mandel, and Weiss; the motion carried. The meeting transcript records the council’s request to pull R133 before the motion to adopt the remaining items.
